When the program arrived in the mail from Amazon, all it had was a code number to use when you downloaded from the authors web site.

I had no trouble downloading the program and installing it on my garmin gps. The voice part worked very well, but the POI did not download. I sent an e-mail to the authors web site and was informed that there was a problem with the code number I had received from Amazon. Within two days I received a new code, downloaded the program again and everything work fine. Very happy with my Sponge Bob GPS.
