Bracketron UFM-100-BX Nav-Mat GPS Friction Dash Pad

Bracketron UFM-100-BX Nav-Mat GPS Friction Dash Pad Review

We have 2010 Honda CR-V and there was no good place for us to set our TomTom when we needed to use it. This pad weighs enough so that it doesn't slip around the dash and it's just thin enough so that we can store it down in that container at the bottom of the door. We have never had a problem with the suction coming loose between the TomTom and the pad. The pad is also heavy enough that you're able to maneuver it wherever you like on the dashboard to provide you with a good angle to see the screen. Basically this product satisfied our need perfectly and although there aren't any fancy bells or whistles to rave about there certainly isn't anything that makes me wish I never bought it.

Bracketron UFM-100-BX Nav-Mat GPS Friction Dash Pad Overview

Bracketron and Amazon.com have teamed up to offer this item in Amazon Frustration-Free Packaging, a recyclable, easy-to-open alternative to traditional packaging. Products in Frustration-Free Packaging are exactly the same--we've just streamlined the packaging. A Frustration-Free Package comes without excess packaging materials such as wire ties, hard plastic "clamshell" casings, and plastic bindings. It's designed to be opened without the use of a box cutter or knife and will protect your product just as well as traditional packaging. This item ships in its own box, without the need for an additional shipping box.

The Nav-Mat is an extremely convenient mounting accessory for your portable GPS. Using the physics of weight distribution along with high tech anti-skid materials, it creates a solid mounting base to turn your windshield-mounted GPS into a dash-mounted GPS.

The Nav-Mat conforms to the contours of your dashboard, allowing it to work on uneven or textured surfaces while the anti-skid underside keeps the device from sliding. Designed to work with devices up to several pounds using the stock windshield suction mount sold with most popular GPS units, the Nav-Mat requires no tools for installation and can easily be moved from vehicle to vehicle or put out of sight when leaving the vehicle.

Also works well with other Bracketron Windshield Mounts for mounting devices such as Satellite Radio, Cell Phones and MP3 Players.

Bracketron USS-100-BL Skin Shade (Black)

Bracketron USS-100-BL Skin Shade (Black) Review

This is a nice shade to use to keep your GPS out of direct sunlight glare, AS WELL as giving it traction with which to sit on a dashboard, etc., due to the thin rubber material it is made of. With this skin, I have been able to sit my GPS upright blocking my speedometer in my car (my GPS has a speedometer), and have it right in front of my field of vision, without haviing to turn my head to view it. My GPS is not even one of the GPS's it was designed for, but its ability to stretch gave it ability to use with my GPS.

Bracketron PHM-201-BL Mobile Device Vent Mount Kit

Bracketron PHM-201-BL Mobile Device Vent Mount Kit Review

I ordered the Bracketron PHM-201-BL to mount my HTC Fuze on the air vents of a 98 audi so it would be easier to use the hands-free system as well as listen to the mp3 player. The bracket has many configuration options including the air vent setup, and for mounting to other Bracketron mounts - I did not try the adhesive setup. The vent setup is stable enough to press the phone in securely without the clips breaking or the whole mount falling off. The volume keys and touch-screen are still easily accessible, but the PTT (Push to talk) button is slightly covered (I do not use PTT so I just disable that key). Overall a great product for the price.
